The trustees review grant proposals once each year in November. A complete application form must be submitted by October 1st for consideration in November. Applicants will receive written notification of the trustees' decision within several weeks of the Board meeting.

In addition to completing the online application form, the following information must be submitted under separate cover: most recent audited financial statement (paper copy or disk), current operating budget, a copy of the IRS letter verifying tax exempt status, list of the Board of Trustees and any appropriate support letters. All grant recipients are required to submit a final report on the use of the grant funds. If a grant recipient is unable to meet the reporting deadline, we request that the Foundation be contacted in writing or by phone prior to the due date. No new grant requests will be considered until a satisfactory report has been received.
