Marilyn McGuigan Cunin, Above and Beyond Winner

Marilyn McGuigan Cunin, chair of the Bruening Foundation Distribution Committee, was presented with the North Coast Community Homes Above & Beyond Award for her “deep caring that has led her to various leadership and service roles in many organizations in the community”. The award was presented at NCCH’s Annual Meeting and is given to honor individuals who have made a significant contribution in the field of mental retardation/developmental disabilities and mental health. Also recognized at the event were eleven major donors, including the Bruening Foundation, for their contributions helping NCCH improve the lives of people with disabilities.

The Bruening Foundation looks forward to working with its newest Distribution Committee member, Jane M. Harris. Jane brings a broad level of educational and community involvement to the committee and is a welcome addition.
