$9,900 to purchase supplies, provide teacher professional development, and establish classroom libraries for the Independent Reading Initiative in the Euclid City Schools

$5,000 for the Wilson Language Program

$5,000 for family development and education programs

$10,000 for the intervention based Bibliotherapy program

$6,000 for the Experience Corps Tutoring Program

$5,000 to expand the Youth Advocacy Program for shelter residents and other at-risk children and youth

West Side Ecumenical Ministry
$5,000 to implement literacy tutoring at the teen drop-in centers

YMCA of Greater Cleveland
$10,000 to purchase materials and provide staff training for the Licensed Child Care Literacy Program Initiative, an after-school literacy program

Young Audiences of Greater Cleveland, Inc.
$10,000 for the ICARE partnership at Daniel E. Morgan Elementary School

Youth Opportunities Unlimited
$10,000 to hire an additional staff member for the Teen Parent Empowerment Program
